Tahoe dream ski vacations are made a reality at The Red Door Tahoe outside beautiful Tahoe City, California on Lake Tahoe's north shore. Two intimate mountain cottages perfectly situated adjacent to each other, offer convenient access to all the recreation that the North shore of "The Lake" provides. You'll know you're in Tahoe with tall Jeffrey Pine trees right out your front door; wild flowers and whispering year round Dollar creek out back. The cottages are tucked above Dollar Creek beside an original old growth White Fir and massive Sugar Pines. The trees shade the cottage in Summer, keeping it refreshingly cool. In Winter there is plenty of sun streaming into the fully equipped gourmet kitchen from the tree top deck overlooking the Firestone Conservancy and perennial Dollar Creek. The Red Door's unique configuration of two small luxury cottages that are only steps apart, ensures maximum privacy and sleeping flexibility in comfort for 6 persons in three queen suites. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
