Amenities at the RED DOOR Tahoe are cozy and light, with a newly completed two bedroom, two bathroom, master cottage that comfortably sleeps four. A rich white washed knotty pine ceiling and black granite interior accentuate the rustic rusty metal roof and rough sawn gray cedar exterior. It has a beautiful tree level view of Dollar Creek and the lot adjoins the Firestone Conservancy property on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. The Master Cottage is configured to sleep two couples in their own suiyes with overflow a possibility on the twin sofa sleeper in the living room adjoining the gourmet kitchen. Trapper blankets on the beds and a free standing gas fireplace compliment the blend of old and new Tahoe comforts in this inviting small mountain cottage in the woods. Now you may also soak your apres ski cares away in our new Marquis Spa in the back yard looking over Dollar Creek.
Ten steps away from the Master Cottage is the beautifully remodeled Original 1930's Old Tahoe Cabin that cozily sleeps another couple in privacy right next door. The Old Tahoe Cabin is set up as a charming suite with a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, an adjacent twin day bed and a full size sleeper sofa by the fireplace downstairs are available for overflow if needed.

Original one bedroom old tahoe cabin with its own beautiful new travertine bathroom and 2 person glass walled steam spa. Original 1930's stone hearth with gas fireplace insert.
Offers a luxury queen bed in the bedroom, with one twin day bed adjacent and one twin sofa sleeper (living room) Additional living room and wet bar area, fireplace, poker & games table.
May not be rented alone without Master Cottage.

RED DOOR Tahoe General information
- Rentals of Less than 30 Days must add 10% Placer County Tourist Occupancy Tax to base room rates.
- House Rules
- Towels and linens & toilet sundries provided.
- DVD /CD player is combined with each units LCD TV.
- The Kitchen is nicely equipped for most holiday type meals. (blender, utensils, pots,platters, etc.)
- Alarm Clocks are provided.
- Local telephone service (long distance with calling card) (Dial up internet only no broadband available yet)
- Pets are not welcome. $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your account if you violate this rule.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Snow removal once daily 24 hrs included in rental contract.
